VP, Tech Services – Innovation and Support Organization at Capital One
Rebecca Nicholas is Vice President of Technology in Shared Services.
She and her team are focused on improving the everyday experience for Capital One’s global workforce through key associate touch points though user experience development
including on-site IT centers, service desk for the associate population as well as device lifecycle management. Additional responsibilities include executive support, branch and site IT operations.
Rebecca has held numerous leadership positions in her 24-year career, both within Finance and IT. Rebecca is a natural champion and advocate for employees, and in 2012, she helped found the trailblazing IT Employee Experience Services organization, where the needs of internal customers are central.
Rebecca earned her Bachelor’s Degree from San Jose State University and is based in Palo Alto. She is the proud mother of a daughter and a son who both also work in the technology industry. Rebecca is an avid reader and soccer fan who loves to watch games occurring anywhere in the world.
