President of Digital Service Management at BMC Software, Inc.
Nayaki Nayyar is President of the Digital Service Management division at BMC Software, where she is leading BMC’s evolution into the cognitive era with transformation of IT service management into Cognitive Service Management driven by AI/ML. She leads BMC’s largest business unit of $0.5B in annual revenues and is instrumental in driving double digit cloud growth with the release of latest innovations in the BMC Helix suite on a cloud agnostic containerized platform with embedded AI/ML capabilities.
Prior to joining BMC, Nayyar served as general manager and global head of SAP’s Internet of Things (IoT) division. She also held senior management positions in strategy and was the Senior Vice President of SAP’s Cloud business unit, where she drove significant growth in the company’s Cloud, CRM and mobile business unit. Nayyar gained tremendous industry experience during her tenure at Shell and Valero, and was instrumental in Valero’s rapid growth into the largest independent refining company in North America.
She holds a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Osmania University (India), a M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Houston and is a graduate of the Stanford Executive Program. Nayyar also serves on the Board of Veritone (NASDAQ: VERI) which is one of the leading providers of an operating system for artificial intelligence.
