Pamela Ellis

Pamela Ellis is a technology thought leader who specializes in innovative workforce management and guiding the next generation of multi-cultural young women. As the CEO of Smahrt Solutions, Inc., Ellis travels the world assisting the growth and optimization of technology platforms for Fortune 500 companies and government agencies. The firm provides strategic planning and program management in Human Resources, Technology, Change Management and Project Management.

Ellis is also the Founder of the nationally recognized Smahrt Girl Foundation which offers teen girls mentoring, scholarships, professional training and cultural experiences. In 2016, the Obama Administration recognized Ellis as a Change Agent for African-American girls, as a result of her work through the Smahrt Girl Foundation and she has received the Young Builder’s Award from the United Negro College Fund.
