Nora is an empowering leader, whose big picture strategic vision has led her organizations and teams forward consistently. Her ability to take complex goals and transform them into manageable and practical deliverables, allows her teams and others to deliver significant and timely results. Through a collaborative approach, she has led hundreds of people who have created millions of dollars in revenue for the companies she worked. As a trusted advisor to the leadership of her organization, she provides a sounding board for their vision and creates efficient and innovative operational plans to make it a reality.

Currently the Vice President of Products & Technology Operations, Program Management, and Standards and Compliance at TIBCO Software Inc., she has directed the successful creation and implementation of the Quality Management System, Information Security Management System, and corporate Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity Program by leading diverse groups across the company. She has led the compliance efforts to achieve ISO 9001 certification since 2013, and ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type 2, PCI, and HiTRUST in 2018.

She leads a centralized Project/Program Management function that manages a portfolio of over 200 products generating more than $1B annually. Also, she directs a team to build internal systems to automate and optimize operations and software engineering processes, and manage information such as internal and third party products, training programs and records, and compliance inquiries and activities.

On the operations front, she oversees ongoing operations and procedures, budget and expense control for 1000+ people in engineering and support located in offices around the world. She initiated and managed a near-shore team to augment engineering and support staff, and ensured efficient operations of 500+ offshore contractors.

Nora is a strong believer in giving back to the community and an active advocate for diversity. She introduced a program at work to create job opportunities for young adults with development disabilities, and is an executive representative for another program targeted to identify and create new development opportunities, career plans, and retention for talented and diverse individuals. She is also an active supporter for the Abilities United Art Program for both children and adults with developmental and physical disabilities.
