Senior Vice President, Business Transformation at Avnet

Nicole Enright is senior vice president, business transformation at Avnet. She leads Avnet’s enterprise-wide transformation program and is responsible for creating a culture that embraces continuous transformation as well as implementing business transformation initiatives across the globe. She reports to Pete Bartolotta, Avnet’s chief transformation officer. Enright also serves as the executive sponsor for Avnet’s RISE program which is focused on developing and elevating the position of women in Avnet around the world.

Enright joined Avnet in 2002. Over the course of her career at Avnet, she has held a wide variety of leadership positions focused on strategy, change management, M&A, continuous process improvement and marketing communications. Before being promoted to her current role in November 2016, Enright served as vice president of human resources for the Americas and global shared services organizations including legal, IT and finance. Enright was also responsible for implementing Avnet’s global change management methodology and embedding the practice across the organization.

Enright has been recognized by industry publication CRN as a Power 100 Woman of the Channel each year from 2011 – 2015, designated to the 100 highest-ranking women who hold the most prominent channel-focused positions. Additionally, in 2015 Enright received Avnet’s Executive Woman’s Forum Woman Leadership of the year award. She also received Avnet’s highest honor, a Chairman’s Award in 2011 in recognition of her leadership role in several large-scale acquisitions.

Enright holds a bachelor’s degree in Russian and East European studies from the University of Michigan and a master’s degree in International Economics from American University in Washington, D.C. Enright also holds certifications in PROSCI change management, strategy (from the AMA), facilitation and is a certified Green Belt in Six Sigma process improvement methodology. She is based in Phoenix, Arizona.
