Michelle Spolver is a seasoned communications and investor relations professional with more than 25 years of experience in cyber security and other technology sectors. She is a proven leader with a solid track record of generating market awareness for companies large and small, developing and communicating corporate visions and values, managing crisis communications, building and managing best-in-class investor relations programs, and executing corporate, product and financial communications. Among Michelle’s career achievements are playing an integral role in readying for and executing two successful initial public offerings (IPOs) and in helping to scale a high-growth company from several million dollars to several billion dollars.

Michelle currently serves as Senior Vice President & Chief Communications Officer at Forescout Technologies, a leading device visibility company. Prior to joining ForeScout, she served as Chief Communications Officer at Fortinet, and also held various communications roles at Check Point Software Technologies and Compaq Computer Corporation (acquired by HP).

Michelle earned a Bachelor of Arts in journalism from California State University, Long Beach, and is a member of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI).
