Kristina Draper

Senior Vice President, Chief Technology Officer at Wells Fargo

Kristina Draper is a Senior Vice President with Wells Fargo in the role of Chief Technology Officer and Chief Application Officer in the Community Bank supporting technologies that serve the Regional Bank customer. These portfolios include Branch Technology, ATMs, Point of Sale, Enterprise Business Services, Business Technology Solutions and Business Payroll Technology. Kristina is a leader in Services Oriented Architecture which is foundational to ensure consistent delivery of customer and account data across all the Community Bank Channels, including Branches, ATM’s, Digital & Mobile, and Contact Center Channels.

Kristina has over 25 years in Financial Services Information Technology. She joined Wells Fargo in 1992 with career experience that has spanned Community Banking, Consumer Lending, Small Business & Business Banking.

Kristina is first generation born in the United States. Both her parents immigrated from Colombia, South America. Kristina is bilingual and proudly serves on the Board of La Fundacion El Hato which promotes Community Reinvestment, Free Education and Skill/Job creation in rural areas outside of Bogota, Colombia. She is also a member of Women in Technology and Latin Connection and has held several technology leader roles in the Enterprise Diversity Council throughout her career.

Kristina resides in Cave Creek, Arizona with her husband of 27 years and three daughters. She is a certified yoga instructor and also enjoys live music, travel, snowboarding, photography and reading.
