Devon is responsible for delivering technology solutions in support of Blue Shield of California’s strategy—to make healthcare accessible and affordable for all Californians. Devon is committed to supporting women in leadership and transforming the Healthcare Industry by delivering innovative technology to the marketplace. Devon has extensive experience delivering large scale enterprise IT solutions in healthcare, retail, manufacturing, and telecom industries.

Devon is active in Blue Shield’s Women Lead to Excellence program, as well as Black Employee Network and LGBT Leadership groups. She’s a member of the Board of Directors for The Center for Violence Free Relationships, a non-profit committed to ending the cycle of violence in families.
